Quercus robur
Oak Bark Cut (Quercus robur) has many medicinal and ulcinary uses. It has been promoted as an oral treatment for stomach and intestine disorders thanks to its astringent and draining properties. It has also been claimed that oak bark can help alleviate mouth sores, diarrhoea, haemorrhoids and eczema (the latter two applied topically).
