We aim to dispatch the next day once payment is made on the courier service, or normally two to three days for palletised delivery within the UK.

Our minimum order value is £300 in goods value.
Our UK mainland orders include carriage. For Highlands and Islands/ Northern Ireland, we’ll initially quote on an Ex Works basis and then provide carriage costs once the order quantity and value has been finalised.
Our export minimum order value is typically £1000.00 goods net. Shipping costs will be available once your order has been finalised, and we have liaised with our shipping/freight partners to find the most cost-effective and efficient method of transporting it to you.
We are happy to provide small samples (typically 10 grams) once you are happy with our quotation. These may be free of charge or chargeable depending on the value, quantity and location of delivery.
We have specifications for every product we supply. These often span material from multiple sources. You can request specific product specifications on the individual product pages.
Each batch of raw material will have a COA/COC, which is available on request. It is the Customers sole responsibility to ensure suitability for their application.
