Product description
Cardamom seeds whole are small, brown seeds with a rough texture, encased in green or brown pods. They have a strong, aromatic fragrance and a warm, sweet taste with hints of citrus and spice. Cardamom is grown in tropical regions, especially in India, Sri Lanka and Guatemala and is part of the Zingiberaceae family. The seeds contain volatile oils. Whole cardamom seeds are used in culinary applications, such as flavouring curries, baked goods, and beverages, as well as in traditional remedies for their believed digestive and aromatic properties.
