Frequently asked questions
Yes. When selling food supplements or pharmaceutical products, there must be full traceability back to the source of the botanical for each batch supplied. Every product has a batch number, which we can use to trace where it came from and who it was sold to.
If you prefer to receive your wholesale dried pharmaceutical botanicals in smaller quantities to help with storage constraints rather than take it all in one delivery, we are happy to offer call off orders for customers who have contracts of significant quantity. We can also fulfil long-term contracts to ensure consistent supply for your business. Please speak to our sales team to find out more.
Every batch of material will have a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) or Certificate of Conformance (CoC), and this can be provided on request, pre- or post-order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the material covered by the CoA/CoC meets the customer’s needs and regulatory requirements in full.
Yes. If you require tests that are already covered by the CoA then these will be provided. For tests not covered by the CoA, we can have our independent, third-party, fully-accredited laboratories carry out specific tests.
We meet and exceed ISO 22000 and BRC standards, meaning our pharmaceutical customers can be confident that the essential quality and safety standards are followed.
