Soya lecithin is a widely used ingredient in everything from food to medicine. It’s widely used in such products as a lubricant or emulsifier, albeit in small quantities. In capsule form, soya lecithin is thought to offer a number of health benefits.
Rich in choline and inositol, soya lecithin is believed to have a ‘cleansing’ effect on liver cells. Some research suggests that soya lecithin may help reduce cholesterol levels too.
