Eucalyptus, Rosemary, Calamine, Cat’s Claw
Eucalyptus oil, for example, can be used as a sinus decongestant, joint and muscle pain reliever, and dental anti-microbial. And rosemary oil, when used often, is reputed to help stimulate follicles, aiding in long, strong hair. Calamine powder, meanwhile, is used in traditional calamine lotion, which helps relive itchy skin and has antiseptic properties. And then there’s cat’s claw, which has been used in alternative medicine for years – as an aid to treat infections, stomach disorders, cancer, arthritis, asthma and chronic fatigue syndrome. And clove oil is used for a variety of skin issues, alongside toothache, indigestion, coughs, asthma, headaches and blood impurities.
