Anthony Benton (Ben)
Managing director
Ben is a graduate Mechanical Engineer with over 30 years experience of managing and leading businesses across several sectors, from start ups to 1,000 plus employee plc divisions. Ben has considerable experience in sales and commercial operations, M&A and operational development. He also holds board roles in other businesses. Ben is responsible for strategic development and growth of the group.
Karen Hensby
General manager
Karen started her career working for a subsidiary of a leading software company in HR & Finance, moving to JFS in 2002 to become the General Manager. Karen has been strategic in the growth gained over the years and for implementing our formal quality systems. Karen is responsible on a day-to-day basis for the operation of our procurement, warehouse, sales and customer service teams. Karen has a vast experience of botanicals on top of her broad commercial expertise.
Joanna Dobson
Finance director
Jo is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a background in the operational management of listed and private equity backed businesses. Having worked in many sectors including education, software, construction, medical device manufacturing and recruitment, Jo has extensive experience in regulated environments and quality systems and process implementation as well as M&A and strategic leadership. Jo is responsible for Finance, HR, Marketing, IT and Quality at Joseph Flach and Sons Ltd.
