How do we collect information from you?

We obtain information about you when you use our websites, or when you contact us about products and services. We decide how your personal data we receive is processed and for what purposes, in compliance with The Data Protection Act 2018 and relevant regulations. For example, information will be collected if you make an enquiry, register an interest on our website, email us to place an order or request a quote or if we contact you to buy from you as a supplier.

What type of information is collected from you?

The personal information we collect might include your name, address, email address, phone number, IP address, and information regarding what web pages are accessed and when. If you purchase a product from us, your card and other payment information are not held by us, it is collected by our third-party payment processors, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions, as explained below. We no longer take Credit Card payments.

JFS and Mimea require access to personal information such as name, address, phone and email details in order to process your purchases.

Third Party Service Providers working on our behalf: we may pass your information to our third-party service providers, agents, subcontractors and other associated organisations for the purposes of completing tasks and providing services to you on our behalf, we disclose only the personal information that is necessary to deliver the service.
