Clematis Herb Cut

Clematis herb cut consists of the dried, chopped aerial parts of the Clematis plant, featuring a green to brownish-green colour and a coarse texture. It has a mild, slightly sweet aroma and a bitter taste. The plant is a climbing shrub with scented greeny-white flowers. Clematis is commonly found in temperate regions of Europe, Asia, North America and North Africa and is also known as old mans beard. The herb contains saponins, flavonoids, and glycosides.
