Choke Berries Whole

Whole choke berries are dried, small, dark berries, exhibiting a deep purple to black colour and a smooth texture. They have a tart, slightly sweet aroma and taste. Choke berries are commonly found in temperate regions of North America and Europe and belong to the Rosaceae family. The berries contain anthocyanins, polyphenols, and vitamins.
