Product description
Desiccated coconut is finely shredded, dried coconut meat with a white colour and a slightly coarse, granular texture. It has a sweet, coconut aroma and taste. Coconuts are typically grown in tropical regions, particularly in Southeast Asia and the Pacific Islands. The product contains natural sugars, fibre, and fats. Desiccated coconut is used in culinary applications, such as baking, confectionery, and cooking, as well as in cosmetic products for its texture and moisturizing properties. Coconut meat is also sold as dried flakes and coconut flour.
