    Product description

Birds eye chillis whole are small, dried chillis from the Capsicum annum species, featuring a bright red colour and a smooth, wrinkled texture. They have a pungent, spicy aroma and an intense, fiery taste. Birds eye chillis are commonly grown in tropical and subtropical regions, particularly in Mexico, Africa and Asia. Also known as the Thai Chilli, they contain capsaicin, carotenoids, and flavonoids. Whole birds eye chillis are spices, used in culinary applications to add heat and flavour to dishes, as well as in traditional remedies for their believed stimulating and pain-relieving properties.
