Fuller’s Earth is widely used in skin care products and cosmetics due to its believed skin healing properties. It’s said to heal acne and soothe wrinkles by absorbing the skin’s oils and impurities (particularly on the face). Due to its consistency, it’s also used to bind other ingredients in similar products including shampoos, shower gels and makeup. Fuller’s Earth is also known for absorbing poisons or toxins in the gut (such as herbicides).
