    The Asian equivalent to bay leaves (except lighter and zestier), Kaffir lime leaves are hourglass shaped with a spiced-citrus flavour. The leaves are popular in Thai and Indonesian cuisines for their strong signature aroma, adding flavour to both savoury and sweet dishes. The leaves are also believed to provide healing benefits. Order in bulk to manufacture some tasty meals and add that missing zing.

    Culinary uses

    Use the fresh and zesty flavour to make delicious coconut-based broths or fish curries. You can also use Kaffir lime leaves to add to the intensity of the taste in classic dishes or balance out other strong flavours.
