    Clay Green

    Argile verte

    Form: Lump

    Product description

Green clay gets its name (and colour) from the presence of iron oxides, algae and chlorophyll. It's an antibacterial clay that’s valued for its skin-purifying properties. In fact, the greener the clay, the more potent it becomes. The clay contains an abundance of trace minerals: dolomite, magnesium, calcium, potassium and zinc, to name a few.

Enquire about purchasing wholesale green clay from Joseph Flach & Sons by filling out your contact details in the form below.

    How is it used?

In the cosmetics or health and beauty industry, green clay is often applied to products in powder form to create a gentle, detoxifying agent that helps to remove toxins and impurities from the skin. One of the most common beauty applications for this type of clay is for face masks. It’s also known as French clay.

Due to its rich mineral content, it can also be consumed in health foods such as smoothies and shakes.
