    Rose water food grade is a flavoured water made by steeping rose petals in water or by distilling rose petals with steam. This product is used both in culinary applications and for its potential health benefits.

    Rose Water contains trace amounts of rose essential oil, which contributes to its fragrance and flavour. It also contains water as the primary component, acting as a solvent for the essential oils and other soluble compounds from the rose petals.

    How is it used?

    Rose Water has many culinary uses commonly used to flavour cakes, pastries, and sweets such as Turkish delight, baklava, and marzipan. Rose Water is also added to teas, lemonades, cocktails, and other drinks for a floral note. Rose Water can also be added into savoury dishes in Middle Eastern, Indian, and Mediterranean cuisines to flavour rice, meat, and vegetable dishes.

    In addition to culinary uses, Rose Water is traditionally utilised within skin care regimes, often used as a toner or a soothing agent for the skin. It can help hydrate, refresh, and balance the skin’s pH.
    Its pleasant fragrance is used in aromatherapy to reduce stress and promote relaxation.
